This was a first with filing federal and state income taxes via online.
Not only filing online, I worked with the accountant online as well.   Technology is here to stay, and I adapted to the process.  I wanted Ms. Delgado to really hold my hand, however, she would offer assistance via chat features.  Ms. Delgado was always responsive to my inquiries and in a timely manner.  I would use AMB Accounting Service again.

My previous Tax Accountant suddenly passed away, after calling seven other Accountants that either could not help me or no call backs, my neighbor recommended Amber Delgado. Amber was the only Accountant that answered her phone. I was in urgent need to get two sets of Taxes done and filed before the IRS extension expired. Amber was wonderful! She met with me and scanned my documents and efficiently completed my taxes. For the other taxes, we were missing the 1099s, Amber was able to closely calculate the needed information and file. I can't ask for a better person to take over my family taxes. Thank you Amber!
